About the role

APIwiz is hiring a Visual Designer to join our remote team based in India on a full-time basis. You'll shape how enterprises and developer teams experience our B2B API management platform, where visual clarity and consistency directly impact how users govern and scale their operations. This is a key role in translating complex technical concepts into intuitive, accessible design. The position offers competitive compensation of ₹15–25 LPA depending on experience.

What you'll do

• Design user interfaces and visual systems for our API management platform, prioritizing clarity and usability for both technical and non-technical users
• Create and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to understand requirements and translate them into compelling visual solutions
• Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct and incorporate user research and feedback to iterate on designs
• Ensure accessibility standards are met across all visual work
• Document design decisions and best practices for the team

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Product Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design
• Experience designing for B2B or developer-focused products is a plus
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail with a focus on accessibility and inclusive design
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
